Erratum

Erratum for ASH-SAP third edition, chapter 9, Shannon and Silverman, pages 228-242

In chapter 9, entitled "Myelodysplastic syndrome and overlap syndromes," by Kevin Shannon, MD, and Lewis R. Silverman, MD, the pharmaceutical treatment protocol referenced in the final sentence in the second column on page 237 is incorrect, and so that sentence should be deleted.

The text has been corrected online in departure from print.
