Category 1 CME Credits

Two versions of this self-assessment are available, and each version is designated for a maximum of 50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Standard Version
In order to receive AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ for participation in this activity, you must first complete the self-assessment test. To receive 50 Category 1 CME Credits for the standard version, go to www.ash-sap.org to complete the exam for the standard version. The test can be taken all at once, or parts of it can be completed at the end of each chapter and saved until the entire program is completed.

ASH-SAP with Maintenance of Certification Module
In order to receive 50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits for participation in the ASH-SAP with American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Module version, you must first complete the ABIM-MOC self-assessment test online at www.ash-sap.org. The test can be taken all at once, or parts of it can be completed at the end of each chapter and saved until the entire program is completed.


ABIM Maintenance of Certification points

You are eligible for seventy (70) ABIM medical knowledge points upon successful completion of the ASH-SAP. You may receive these points toward the ABIM Maintenance of Certification program only if you are using the ASH-SAP with ABIM Maintenance of Certification Module version of this activity, and you must successfully complete this exam online at www.ash-sap.org. You must also be currently enrolled in the ABIM Maintenance of Certification program to earn these points. Scores are sent to the ABIM on a weekly basis, and the ABIM will notify you that they have awarded you 70 points.
